I have a guest user account on my computer ,
which i rarely use.
Everytime i log on the the Guest account, it starts updating the softwares and antivirus.making it quite slow and difficult to use.
How do i make sure that the daily updates on the administrator account takes care of the user account?

If the computer admin account is up to date I don't see why the 'Guest' should have to update too. I would remove the Guest Account.

Since your software updates are all set to Automatic, that's why it happens.
Just set your Windows Update [From Control Panel], and Anti-Virus updates to "Manual", and it will be fixed...
But this might make your PC vulnerable to viruses... So don't forget to update your anti-virus manually from time to time.
In most of the cases, when the Virus definitions are updated, or Windows Updates are installed in ANY user account, it doesn't ask for these same updates on another User Accounts, because all user accounts uses the updates from the same location.
So, if you update all the stuff from Admin account, it will not ask for these same updates again in Guest account.
