I keep getting a security alert:networm-i virus@fp popping up on the screen.?

WHAT is going on??? I keep getting



Type: Virus/network worm

Description: Virus that infects executable files.



Advice : Delete/quarantine immediately



Protection: Click this baloon to download certified Antivirus software



It will NOT go away!!!!



I ran a scan, all the trojans are in the vault....and all kinds of spyware advertisements keep coming up for me to buy.... how do i get rid of all of this stuff??????
