how would i install antivirus software?

would i have 2 purchase an external hard drive?

if purchased i plan on storing data on flash drive, i dont burn cd/dvd, so its not an issue. i only need to view internet %26 watch video when bored, very basic usage.

It runs Linux, so you don't need antivirus software, but generally speaking you install software over a network connection.

You can use an external hard disk, and its a cost effective way to add a large amount of storage, but it isn't required.

Flash drives work fine.

If you want to connect to the Internet you will need to have an Internet connection. You could get one set up at home and/or you could move within range of a public Wifi access point (e.g. at a coffee shop or bar which provides Internet access to its customers)

The keyboard is very small - only good for small fingers.
It's cheap. It's easy. It's Customizable.

You don't need antivirus if you are going to run Linux.

It's good for an on the go user, not really a dedicated laptop. I would buy it for fun to test out my customizing skills.
