I'm sorry I have never used Window Vista, but I remembered Grisoft has already published a anti-virus or firewall program maybe. Why don't to visit Grisoft's website for more information? I hope you can find some usful source there.

your best bet would be Norton internet security 2006 its a bit pricey but u cnt put a price on security

truthfully, if vista is still in beta, i wouldn't be relying on it....Let them work out the problems, first. Also, none of the Antivirus, firewall, adware problems currently are supporting it fully so you might have compatibility problems.....But if you insist, try Norton Internet Security.

for free software i would use a combination of zone alarm for firewall and AVG for antivirus
