Its regarding internet viruses! pls help?

Hi pls answer this!i have McAfee anti virus scanner,some days before my laptop was getting hanged?

so i run antivirus softwares like McAfee ,norton,etc .i found that my lap top had some viruses.my question is "can we find out from which sites these viruses have entered my lap top,what are the ways to find out sites names from which viruses has come,pls tell detailed procedure.i want to know it.

I don't know how to check but i do know the most desperate solution to ending it!!!!!!

I'm actually NOT SURE it will work but it should.....

1.)Go to start-all programes-accessories-command prompt

2.)type format c:

WARNING THIS DELETES ALL INFORMATION ON HARD DRIVE AND ALLOWS YOU TO START OVER!!!!!!!!!
