Advice needed on hardware firewalls for PC's.?

I'd like to add an extra layer of security to my cable connection. I use Norton Security and I would like to get something such as router just for the firewall but I've also seen things such as an AlphaShield Professional Edition Firewall:

Does anyone have any advice as to which router or straight up hardware firewall would be best for up to 100 dollars? I'm not looking to network, just protect. Also, I'd like something that wouldn't conflict with my software firewall/antivirus.

Thanks in advance!

If you currently connect directly to your cable or dsl modem, then you are better off getting the router, it will provide firewall protection as well as allow you to add additional systems later. The hardware firewall may be more configurable, but it is overkill. Almost any router will meet your needs, I have had success with Linksys, D-Link, and Netgear, you can shop by price.

your modem/router already has a hardware firewall and windows has a firewall and you run norton so you dont need any more protection, just run spybot and adaware weekly, you'll be ok.
a router is for wireless connections

only one firewall at a time

majorgeeks.com has free firewalls
